Power and Water invites you to an open day at the Water Reclamation Plant as part of National Water Week celebrations.

When: Saturday 24 October 2009
Time: 9:00am to 12 noon (tours provided every half an hour)
Location: Alice Springs Wastewater Stabilisation Ponds, Commonage Road

Come along and find out how the Water Reclamation Plant works as part of the Alice Springs Water Reuse Project.

Greening Australia and local architect Brendan Meney will be in attendance to talk about the design and landscaping elements of the plant.

Please note closed in shoes must be worn to gain entry to the site and children supervised at all times.
